- Drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences through tailored financial solutions as a Senior Mobile Banker.
- Elevate customers' banking experience by converting leads into satisfied customers with expertly handled interactions.
- Collaborate with Network Partners to generate leads, ensuring seamless and efficient customer interactions.
- Deliver high-level service, manage your portfolio, and meet activity targets while collaborating with internal partners for a seamless customer experience.
- Identify prospective customers, manage leads, and achieve application and settlement targets to meet growth objectives.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven history of financial services experience as a customer-focused professional.
- Strong ethical belief system and ability to execute business development strategies.
- Sound understanding of credit assessment, lending principles, and whole-of-bank products.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong community relationships.
- Technically sound in business development principles and have a general understanding of market and competitor developments.
- Knowledge of governance of Unions and Industry Super Funds will be beneficial.
- Team player who contributes to team meetings, shares knowledge, and actively engages in Network activities.
