Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our Patient Support Services.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing rostering and allocations for our Patient Support Service staff. This will involve monitoring workforce resources and adjusting daily allocations in response to service demands, patient flow, and emergent operational needs.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all operational services are carried out safely, effectively, and efficiently, aligning with relevant standards, workplace health and safety regulations, risk management protocols, and legislative obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate rostering and allocations for Patient Support Service staff
  • Monitor workforce resources and adjust daily allocations as needed
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and protocols
  • Perform various task allocations, rostering adjustments, and workforce planning responsibilities

Requirements
