Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Services Manager to join our team at St Vincent's Health Australia.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of rehabilitation services professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and support.

Salary Package

The salary package for this role is approximately AU$110,000 per annum, reflecting the skills and experience required to excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage and supervise a team of rehabilitation services staff, including coordination of workload and performance management.
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, quality of care, and service efficiency.
  • To collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as health science or social work.
  • Significant experience in mental health rehabilitation services, preferably in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and support.
