About the Role
  • Develop engaging programs that teach fundamental cricket skills to children in schools and clubs.
  • Promote community engagement through various initiatives during the cricket season.
  • Deliver high-quality programs, including Health and PE, Sporting Schools, Mascot Challenge, and School Cups, providing excellent support and guidance.
  • Support and expand participation in Club-based entry-level programs, including Cricket Blast Centres.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local schools and their ambassadors.
Your Responsibilities

  • Creating innovative programs that inspire a passion for cricket in children.
  • Collaborating with teachers, coaches, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
