Junior Cricket Program Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Cricket Program Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about cricket and community engagement to make a real difference in the lives of children.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging junior cricket programs within schools, clubs, and the wider community
  • Promote community involvement and participation throughout schools during the cricket season
  • Provide high-quality support and guidance to School programs including Health and PE, Sporting Schools, Mascot Challenge and School Cups
  • Assist and expand participation in Club based entry level programs including CNSW Cricket Blast Centres
  • Build, maintain and leverage relationships with local schools and school ambassadors
About You
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and imaginative
  • Reliable and willing to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage, develop and sustain stakeholder relationships
  • Be flexible and adaptable to a changing schedule
  • Have a valid or be willing to acquire a Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Have your own form of transport (car)
  • A background in teaching and/or cricket is desirable but not necessary
