Job Title:

Infrastructure Digitisation Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive the digitisation of real-world infrastructure utilising cutting-edge machine learning models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing data-driven approaches to generate accurate electric networks from imperfect data using deep learning and classical ML algorithms.
  • Designing and optimising training pipelines to reduce time spent on repetitive tasks and enhance idea-to-evaluation efficiency.
  • Scaling the serving of models for diverse problems with unique characteristics while minimising time-to-market.
  • Enhancing model QA speed and identifying data and distribution drift in deployed models.
  • Collaborating with various data sources, including LiDAR, aerial photography, photogrammetry & GIS, and establishing scalable data pipelines to support training and serving.
  • Mentoring fellow engineers in best practices for model training and software development.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
  • A strong foundation in software engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in frameworks such as PyTorch/Tensorflow/Jax.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills applied to novel domains.
  • Ability to work effectively in asynchronous and cross-functional settings on complex, ill-defined problems.
  • Capacity to own projects and proactively approach challenges.
