We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our digital twin quality assurance operations in the digitisation group, with a primary focus on managing offshore contractor teams responsible for QA work. You will be responsible for ensuring the last mile of quality and ensuring that the digital twins are fit for purpose.
You will work closely with engineering to build workflows that drive quality and speed, use data to create transparency and drive decisions while breathing the data to help direct where improvements are needed in the ML systems and collect the data needed to improve the AI systems that power the digital twin creation. This role will require you to investigate, address and solve open-ended problems related to digitisation and QA and ensuring your work goes end to end in all things.

What will you do Contractor Management
Business-wide ownership of the contractor QA process and its efficiency and effectiveness
Establish clear expectations, deliverables, and performance metrics for contractor work
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to contractor teams and vendors
