Job Title: Branch Operations Specialist

This role involves providing product support to a diverse customer base. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and orders via phone, email, and counter sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing product information and answering customer queries
  • Processing customer orders and managing inventory
  • Assisting with showroom promotional activities to drive sales
  • Developing relationships with customers to ensure they remain satisfied and loyal

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Natural problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Team player attitude and willingness to learn
