Job Role Overview:

The role of a Technical Service Representative is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced team in the gold exploration and mining industry. As a key member of the technical support team, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance, leveraging your knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of client quotations and sales orders
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer concerns efficiently
  • Driving client success through responsiveness, professionalism, and conscientiousness
  • Managing and reporting in CRM systems
  • Assisting with event coordination

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A customer-centric approach and ability to provide exceptional service through relationship-building
  • Ability to engage with clients and make informed decisions about best advice and guidance
  • Experience in Technical Support within mining, exploration, minerals processing, general mining equipment, geology, or technical services supporting the resources sector
  • Qualification/s relevant to these environments (highly regarded)
  • Effective structuring and management of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable technical sales experience (beneficial)
  • Professional interest in mining and/or minerals exploration or analysis
