Job Title: Technical Service Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure seamless communication with customers, providing regular updates on case progress.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.
  • Proactively manage assigned cases to ensure efficient resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Essential:
    • Excellent technical skills, with a strong background in IT support and Microsoft Operating Systems.
    • Intermediate knowledge of database structures, including Microsoft SQL.
    • Familiarity with ERP or business IT systems.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desirable:
    • Knowledge of Crystal Reports or Sage Accounting Solutions.
    • A strong understanding of our products and services.
