About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Venue Manager to lead our team at our Nagambie Swimming Pool facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of visitors and employees, while driving the Centre's overall success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve operational, financial, and program deliverables.
  • Coach and develop leaders to deliver on KPIs through engagement, performance planning, and individual development plans.
  • Lead and drive a high-performance community-minded culture through highly visible and hands-on leadership and team engagement.
  • Achieve budgeted performance targets and maintain a high-value relationship with the local Council.
  • Implement a high-value customer service proposition that addresses the needs of the client base.
  • Recruit and develop a diverse and passionate team to complement the Centre's vision.
  • Maintain facilities to approved standards in line with contract requirements.
About You

You will be an up-and-coming leader with a passion for leisure and a drive to succeed. You will have experience in managing or leading in similar leisure or aquatic facilities, with highly developed communication skills and a flair for positive influencing and negotiating win-win outcomes.

You will be able to share insights into how you have successfully shaped high-performance teams into business actions and articulate the link between employee engagement and exceptional business performance.
