We are recruiting for a Team Leader Behaviour Support role in Sydney, with locations in Bella Vista, Austral, and Campbelltown. The successful candidate will work with a passionate Allied Health Professional who is motivated to provide high-quality care.

About the Role:

  • Supervise a small team of Provisional Psychologists & Behaviour Support Practitioners
  • Maintain a caseload of NDIS clients and ensure behaviour support reports/assessments are completed within specified timeframes
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate services and service user engagement strategies to ensure high-quality services
  • Ensure policies and procedures are developed, implemented, and reviewed, and that staff and service users understand and are involved in these processes
  • Responsible for reporting the use of restrictive practices in accordance with NDIS rules and NSW policy

To be Eligible:

  • APHRA Registered Psychologist or BA of Social Work or equivalent
  • NDIS - Level 2 - Core or Proficient - Advanced level preferred
  • Experience as Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Flexibility in work hours may be necessary and some travel
  • Drivers licence required and car for work
  • Able to obtain a clean Working With Children Check and Police Clearance
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
