Professional Role Summary:

About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Professional to join our team as a Territory Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and customer service to existing and prospective accounts within their territory.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of human physiology, confidence in providing technical science education, and exceptional ability to build professional relationships. They will also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in G-Suite, and a valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and nurture brand advocates across the integrative pharmacy and health practitioner channels to secure engagement and recommendations of the Activated Probiotics range.
  • Perform brand and product training within your territory, maintaining the reputation for educational excellence.
  • Monitor brand success and awareness within the territory.
  • Manage call cycles across accounts to ensure key performance indicators are met.
  • Liaise with local distributor representatives to support education and brand awareness.
  • Represent the brand in a professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable manner at all times.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of territory management experience in an account manager or similar role within the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of human physiology.
  • Confidence in providing technical science education to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional ability to build and nurture professional relationships.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite.
  • Valid New Zealand driver's license.
