Delivering Support with Compassion
Our Direct Support Worker role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals across various ages and backgrounds. As a valued partner, you will play a crucial part in daily life support.
The responsibilities of this position include:
• Providing personal care assistance, such as bathing, dressing, and daily routines, with genuine dignity, compassion, and respect.
• Administering medication and assisting with manual handling of clients using hoists or slide sheets.
• Contributing to domestic life: cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and more.
• Supporting clients in getting out and about: attending doctor's appointments, grocery shopping, or participating in community activities.

• Be able to provide compassionate care with respect for individual needs.

Requirements Before Starting:
• Hold an Open Driver's License and possess a reliable vehicle.
• Maintain First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Possess a Blue Card (Working with Children) and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or Yellow Card).
• Commit to adhering to safe infection control practices and using PPE when necessary.
• Utilize a smartphone with iOS 13.0+ or Android 6.0+.
CPL can assist in obtaining any required checks/cards once offered.
