What You'll Do:
As a Direct Support Worker, you'll become a valued partner in the daily lives of people all ages and backgrounds. Some duties of care include:

Supporting individuals with personal care , such as showering, dressing, and daily routines.

Administering medication and assisting with manual handling of clients using hoists or slide sheets.

Helping with domestic life: cleaning, laundry, meal prep, and more.

Welcoming opportunities to get out and about, joining clients at doctor's appointments, heading out grocery shopping, or enjoying activities and events in the community.

What You Need Before Starting:

An Open Driver's License and reliable car.

First Aid and CPR certificates.

Blue Card (Working with Children).

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or Yellow Card).

Commitment to safe infection control and use of PPE as needed.

Smartphone with iOS 13.0+ or Android 6.0+.

CPL can also assist in helping you obtain any checks/cards once you have been offered
