We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to help IIQAF maintain optimal inventory levels and accurately forecast demand. This role is crucial in maintaining a smooth supply chain process and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain accurate forecasts for product demand based on historical data, market trends, and sales projections
  • Develop inventory optimization strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data related to inventory levels, production capacity, and supply chain efficiency
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to prevent shortages or excess inventory
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any delivery issues
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and take appropriate corrective actions
  • Analyze demand patterns and adjust inventory levels accordingly to meet customer demand while minimizing costs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Inventory Planner or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and excellent knowledge of inventory forecasting techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong attention to accuracy and precision
