Senior Director of Finance

The ANZ Finance Senior Director will have overall leadership responsibility for the Finance Function across BCG's Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) system. This role will lead a team of high performing finance professionals and dually report to the ANZ System Leader and the Asia Pacific (AP) CFO.
About You
We are seeking a CA/CPA qualified individual with extensive experience in a senior finance role within professional services, partnerships or similarly structured matrix environments. You will have a strong commercial orientation, pricing and negotiation experience, and strategic planning expertise. Your ability to provide high-quality reporting and insights, implement best practice processes and controls, and articulate complex information to a range of internal and external stakeholders will be essential. Additionally, you will be a trusted advisor who can empower others and create and manage a dynamic, high performing team.
