Job Description

We are seeking a Product Delivery Specialist to join our team in Bunbury. As a key member of our Trade Counter team, you will play a critical role in delivering products to customers and supporting the branch's operations.

Your primary responsibility will be to transport products to customers using a company vehicle, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. You will also be responsible for pick packing and stock control activities, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

In addition to your delivery duties, you will provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also contribute to maintaining a safe and tidy working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service is highly desirable.
  • You should have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A MR driver's License and forklift license are mandatory, as you will be required to drive various vehicles.
