Job Description

We are seeking a Leadership Professional to join our team and drive performance. As a key member of our leadership team, you will guide and support others to deliver person-centered support and help clients build confidence, develop skills, and secure meaningful sustainable work.

This role is all about coaching your team to achieve outcomes, driving results, and making a genuine difference in people's lives.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with employers to strengthen partnerships that create real opportunities for inclusive employment.
  • You will ensure the ongoing development of your team to build a deeper understanding of best practice when working with people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • You will translate program guidelines into high-quality, compliant service delivery that meets quality and performance targets.
  • You will guide clients into meaningful work through trust, empathy, and personalized support.
  • You will build strong employer partnerships and promote inclusive hiring practices.
  • You will monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and lead by example.
  • You will champion our values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centered practice.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work or similar field of study (desirable).
  • Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans.
  • Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends.
  • Current Driver's License.
