
Professional Leadership Position

The Practice Manager is responsible for leading a high-performing team in a positive environment for both staff and patients.
- Coaching and mentoring a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results
- Assisting with the overall financial performance of the practice
- Maintaining stringent standards for sterilization, infection control, and stock management
- Patient service, including greeting and welcoming patients, responding to inquiries, making and confirming appointments, checking, processing, and managing customer accounts
- Administrative tasks, including processing payments using EFTPOS and HiCaps
- Strategically marketing the practice to drive patient numbers
- Effectively managing recruitment and selection for all practice staff
Key Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development
- A background in business or people management is necessary
- Prior experience in dental practices is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided
- A strong track record of organizational skills, administrative, and time management abilities
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to understand and manage the practice's financials
- Comfortable interacting with diverse individuals, including dentists, patients, and practice staff
