We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide care and support to residents living in our aged care home, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- You will provide daily living assistance, including showering, personal hygiene, dressing, and help at mealtimes.
- Assist with medication and simple wound dressings.
- Support residents in community-based recreational and social activities.
