AOD Intake Specialist

**Job Summary:**
A key position has become available within our organization to support the intake and assessment of clients requiring AOD services.
The successful applicant will be responsible for facilitating client intake, triage, and referral to treatment, including brief interventions and bridging support as required.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals and families affected by AOD issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Qualifications in AOD studies
- Certificate IV in AOD or completed core competencies in AOD and Dual Diagnosis (or able to complete within the first 24 months of employment)
- Experience in the Alcohol and Drug sector
- Experience in intake and assessment
- Experience in phone-based support
- Demonstrated experience in utilising brief education and counselling interventions
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
