About The Role

This position requires strong leadership skills, with experience in marketing, loyalty, or CRM. You will oversee the execution of the customer loyalty strategy, manage the member database, and amplify the value proposition to customers.


About Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the customer loyalty strategy
  • Manage the health of the member database through acquisition and enhancements
  • Amplify the customer value proposition
  • Develop and manage use cases for segmenting member data and cross-channel campaigns
  • Build and optimise automated lifecycle campaigns to drive customer retention

About You And Your Skills

Tertiary qualified in Advertising/Marketing/Business, you have 5+ years' experience leading a team in marketing, loyalty, or CRM. You require strong financial and commercial acumen, exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, sound knowledge of consumer research and analytics, and experience managing email marketing campaigns end-to-end.
