Position Summary

The role of a Porter involves delivering exceptional customer service by promptly, efficiently and courteously responding to guest requests.

About You

  • Prior experience as a Guest Service Agent/Porter/Valet in a hospitality environment is essential
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are required
  • Knowledge of the region, competitors and suppliers can be beneficial
  • A strong passion for customer service along with a desire to achieve goals and targets is vital

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service from the heart by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities
  • Promote Accor Loyalty programs effectively
  • Recognize Loyalty members as valued guests
  • Upsell hotel facilities through strong product knowledge
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and adhere to procedures related to guest confidentiality and room key issuance
  • Ensure credit and cash transactions, as well as accounting documentation, are handled accurately
  • Address guest requests efficiently and effectively, aiming for Total Guest Satisfaction
