We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Executive Support Professional to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position with hybrid working arrangements (60% in the office) allowing for flexibility in work-life balance.
Job DescriptionThis role will provide operational support to legal operatives within the firm, adapting to the changing needs of the role and the business.
- Provide administrative support including generating reports, expense management, document amendments, and document management.
- Support the firm's client relationship management software, record business development activities, maintain accurate contact records, project management, and assist with client reporting.
- Assist with coordination of client events, set up and coordinate new clients and matters using matter planning tools.
- Provide administrative support with matter financials, assisting with monthly billing process: creating and amending billing narratives and drafting/finalising bills.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm, with high-level skills and accuracy in software including Microsoft applications, DocCorp, and other document management software.

- Ability to draft correspondence, presentations, pitch documents, and slide packs quickly and accurately.

- Ability to work well within a team environment.
The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
