Role OverviewThis position involves partnering closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality business analysis services, driving strategic outcomes for customers.
Key Responsibilities- Implement a structured methodology to capture scope and requirements, ensuring quality of work and sign-off by stakeholders.
- Engage in business analysis activities for complex initiatives to influence and shape solution roadmaps.
- Develop deep subject matter expertise across the team and manage resource ramp-up/down to meet business demand.
- Coach teams and individuals to effectively utilize specialized skills in cross-functional environments.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in business analysis within multi-disciplinary software delivery teams.
- Practical experience of operating hybrid delivery methods, including agile methodologies and lean techniques.
- Broad technology understanding enabling effective collaboration with technical teams.
- Excellent team and talent development skills, with evidence of establishing high-performing business analysis teams.
