Commercial Financial Strategist

We are seeking a commercially astute Commercial Financial Strategist to drive business performance and strategic decision-making across our Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

About the Role
  • You will work collaboratively with leaders from Sales, Product, Marketing, and Supply Chain, providing financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
  • From forecasting to pricing, you will bring numbers to life and play a key role in shaping business outcomes across a wide range of product categories and channels.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with key teams to support investment decisions and promotional effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic insights through forecasting, pricing analysis, and margin optimisation.
  • Lead regular reviews and present performance summaries to senior leaders.
  • Deliver commercial reporting and dashboards that track sales, stock, and demand variance.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and trends across categories, markets, and regions.
  • Align financial outcomes with supply planning through S&OP and S&OE processes.
Requirements
  • You are a commercially savvy finance professional with experience in business partnering, forecasting, pricing, and performance reporting.
  • You hold a relevant qualification in Finance or Accounting and are CPA or CA qualified.
  • You are collaborative, curious, and driven to make an impact.
