RAC of WA is seeking an experienced Automotive Operations Manager to lead and support the team at our Service Centre in Morley. As a key member of the Auto Services Team, you will be responsible for delivering quality services and repairs to our members and motorists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of automotive professionals to achieve operational excellence and drive business growth.

  • Manage and monitor key performance indicators, including revenue, profitability, quality assurance, and compliance management.

  • Develop and implement operational improvements to ensure efficient operations, optimize inventory management, and grow the existing client base.

  • Provide exceptional customer and member service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager - Auto Services to achieve strategic objectives and drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of sales and business acumen.

  • Demonstrated coaching and consultative leadership style, with a focus on developing staff and creating a highly engaged work culture.

  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.

  • Experience in inventory management, stock control, and equipment management.
