Nurture and encourage children to develop their identity and wellbeing by fostering a positive relationship with each child, promoting emotional, social, and psychological growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

Contribute to the family environment by supporting children's development, running household tasks, and reporting directly to the House Supervisor.

Build trust with young people, providing trauma-informed care and a safe environment. Engage in individual and group interactions, transport children to school and activities, and maintain household cleanliness.

Collaborate with other carers, communicate with the House Manager, and attend weekly meetings. Assist with daily tasks, complete documentation, and contact crisis support if needed.
