Job Title: Account Manager

This role is perfect for a sales professional who thrives in a customer-facing environment and has a strong passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple portfolios and sponsored products, educating clinics, doctors, and pharmacies on product differences and patient applications.
  • Act as the key liaison between brands, healthcare professionals, and the internal sales team, supporting onboarding of new products and sponsors.
  • Drive awareness and uptake of alternative medicine products through education, relationship-building, and patient support initiatives.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sponsor activities, feedback, and account performance, working collaboratively with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support brand and sponsor success.

Requirements:
  • Some experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles (junior-level candidates encouraged to apply).
  • Naturally personable and engaging, someone who can build trust and rapport with ease.
  • Strong interest in patient support, product education, and relationship-driven outcomes.
  • Proactive and independent, with good time management and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable being on the road and managing their own territory.
