Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on paid media strategy and execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end management of paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Google, YouTube, and Spotify. They will define audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative rotations to optimise ROI, and own campaign tagging, tracking, and reporting setup to ensure accurate performance data.

Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Paid Search, Paid Social, Google Analytics, SEO, Google Tag Manager, and floodlight tags. They will also have a strong understanding of owned/organic social media marketing, and excellent analytical and data interpretation skills to drive insights and make data-driven decisions.

The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager to align digital activity with the broader campaign calendar, and will be responsible for managing the paid digital execution of all GTM campaigns, including product launches and tactical bursts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns across various platforms

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing - media strategy, planning, and buying
  • Hands-on experience with Paid Search, Paid Social, Google Analytics, SEO, Google Tag Manager, and floodlight tags
  • Strong understanding of owned/organic social media marketing
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
