About the Position

The Client Solutions Specialist will deliver high-level solutions and support clients with tailored product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will have experience in requirements gathering for technical and functional specifications to support customers with their customization needs.

  • Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand their business requirements and pain points.
  • Prepare and deliver technical product presentations and demos, both online and face-to-face.
  • Requirements gathering and documentation with customers for modification and customization development.
  • Prepare and present product proposals and responses to RFPs.
  • Work closely with the product team to ensure proposed solutions can be developed and implemented.

  • Ability to effectively communicate technical and business benefits clearly and persuasively to various audiences.
  • An analytical thinker with the creativity to develop tailored solutions to address complex problems.
  • Previous experience producing specifications for modifications to ERP systems is desirable.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong negotiation skills to balance company and client interests.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the sales and product teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
