Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of our next-generation data centre infrastructure in Western Australia.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of sovereign digital infrastructure in a high-growth, high-impact environment.

About the Role:

You will lead the entire construction lifecycle, from planning and build phase through to commissioning, ensuring each project is delivered on schedule and to the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

  • Lead the delivery of complex data centre construction projects
  • Manage contracts, schedules, and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful outcomes
  • Drive innovation in construction techniques and technologies
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and governance frameworks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration from design to handover
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects (Data Centre or critical infrastructure experience highly desirable)
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of delivering complex builds in high-growth environments
  • Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems in mission-critical facilities
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and contract management skills
Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship
  • Eligibility for AGSVA Security Clearance (Negative Vetting Level 1)
