Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead Occupational Therapist to join our community-based team in Brisbane. This is a full-time opportunity, with part-time consideration also welcome.

About the Role

This dynamic position involves providing quality services to clients, both in their homes and within community networks. You will work closely with the community team, including plan and support managers and therapists, to deliver exceptional care.

You will be part of a mobile team of OTs, BSPs, and dedicated admin support. Our experienced OTs will provide comprehensive onboarding, and you will start with a reduced caseload that builds as your confidence and expertise grow. You will have access to regular professional development sessions at our team office or remotely.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience (ideally)
  • AHPRA registration
  • Patient-focused and service-oriented approach
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Active listener and critical thinker
  • Passion for making a difference
  • Current driver's license and car
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
