Procurement and Administration Role

This role is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of ICT procurement, from requisitioning to payment. You will work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with finance and procurement policies.

You will be required to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and utilizing your strong organizational skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities are essential for success in this role.

  • Manage end-to-end ICT procurement processes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of ICT goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with finance and procurement policies.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also support mobile service administration, assist with expense management, and contribute to smooth operations and continuous process improvement.
