We are seeking a skilled HR professional to develop effective working relationships with managers in delivering business and HR strategies.

This role requires a hands-on HR professional with experience across industrial relations, performance management, dispute resolution, employment frameworks, and agreement management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice on contemporary industrial relations, high-level dispute resolution, strategic employment frameworks, and agreement management to achieve business objectives.
  • Representing the organization in negotiations, development, and implementation of agreements for all employee groups, including relevant unions/employee representatives.
  • Appearing as an advocate in Fair Work Commission and other tribunals to support issue resolution.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and client groups, requiring national travel from time-to-time.

About You

You hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and have 4-5 years' experience working in HR roles with significant experience in industrial bodies, employment legislation, and awards.

You are knowledgeable about IR and ER and have a thorough understanding of federal and state employment legislation, negotiating agreements, and guiding managers with IR and ER strategy and employment law matters.
