**Job Overview**

We are reimagining retail to put our customers and stores at the heart of everything we do.

As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in enabling our retail strategy through the delivery of new digital tools that bring value through efficiencies and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of the digital roadmap ensuring key projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Custodianship of legacy systems, driving continuous improvement and innovation
  • Collaboration with other teams to identify optimisation opportunities for the retail network, improving stability and prioritising system enhancements
  • Execution and delivery of programs to store, working closely with the wider Operational Excellence team

Experience we'd like to see you bring includes:

  • Implementing digital programs of scale and project delivery
  • Formal qualifications in Commerce or IT
  • Retail or Operations experience is beneficial
  • Ability to work in an agile environment
