Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Disability Support Professional to join our team in delivering practical support to customers with disabilities. As a Disability Support Professional, you will work closely with our customers, their families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement individualized plans that promote independence, participation, and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to customers with disabilities, including assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, and mobility.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure customer-centered care.
- Contribute to the development of individualized plans that promote customer independence, participation, and inclusion.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive support services.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements
- A Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience working with people with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High level of flexibility and adaptability.
