Property Portfolio Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Property Portfolio Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of high-quality industrial assets across key markets.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and be passionate about delivering outstanding property and tenant outcomes.

The Role:

  • Manage the daily operations of a diverse portfolio of industrial properties.
  • Coordinate tenant onboarding, lease renewals, rent reviews, and make good processes.
  • Oversee rent rolls, arrears, outgoings budgets, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare regular reporting including financial performance, arrears, vacancy, and maintenance updates.
  • Contribute to asset strategy and planning discussions.
  • Banish strong relationships with tenants, service providers, and internal teams.
  • Liaise with operations managers to ensure timely maintenance and presentation standards are upheld.

The Candidate:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial property management.
  • A proven track record of lease management and budgeting experience.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
