Elevator Technical Field Operations Specialist

We seek a seasoned technical professional to coordinate our field support team, providing expert assistance during elevator installations and ensuring timely responses to technical inquiries and training requests.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the field support team to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient issue resolution.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge team performance.
- Deliver remote and onsite technical support throughout the installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases of KONE products.
- Identify and resolve technical issues raised by manufacturing, installation, and maintenance teams.
- Evaluate product installations for adherence to safety, process, and quality standards.
- Train local employees on site visits or conduct scheduled training sessions to enhance their technical skills.
- Compile quality reports after site visits, detailing issues requiring corrective action.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field.
- Possess at least 5 years' experience in leadership roles.
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in technical support positions.
