Field Technical Operations Manager

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the efficiency of our field support teams to provide swift and effective responses to technical inquiries and training requests.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of technical support principles.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to ensure optimal team performance.
- Provide expert technical guidance during installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases of KONE products.
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising from manufacturing, installation, and maintenance teams.
- Maintain compliance with established safety, process, and quality standards.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for local employees during site visits or scheduled sessions.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field.
- 5+ years' experience in a leadership position.
- 5+ years' experience in a Technical Support role.
- Elevator industry expertise is essential.
