As a Technical Field Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our field support team. You will be responsible for coordinating the team's efforts to provide prompt responses and corrective actions to technical inquiries and training requests.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the field support team to ensure timely and effective response to technical inquiries and training requests.
  • Develop and monitor team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance and improvement.
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support during installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases of our products.
  • Resolve technical issues identified by manufacturing, installation, and maintenance teams.
  • Ensure that our products are installed in compliance with our safety, process, and quality requirements.
  • Train local employees during site visits and/or deliver scheduled training sessions.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Technical Support role.
  • Experience in the elevator industry is essential.
