As Centre Manager, you will play a central role in leading both the educational direction and operational success of the centre.

As a Centre Manager, you will be the heart of your service—leading your team, nurturing a strong community connection, and ensuring your centre delivers high-quality, meaningful early learning experiences every day.
In this role, you will: Manage daily operations of the service, ensuring excellence across all aspects of centre performance.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators, fostering a professional and passionate workplace culture.
Maintain compliance with all relevant standards and regulations, including the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Build strong relationships with families and the broader community, creating a welcoming and trusted environment.
Drive a vision of innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring your centre is a leader in early childhood education.
Champion child safety and wellbeing, embedding safeguarding practices into the everyday rhythm of the service.
Your Qualifications A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role within an early learning or childcare setting.
An ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education.
A deep understanding of early childhood frameworks, learning through play, and nature-based education.
Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
A passion for creating safe, inspiring environments where children and educators flourish.
Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Child Protection training or willingness to complete relevant courses.
