Centre Management Opportunity
The Centre Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, meeting financial targets, and fostering strong connections with the local community.
Key responsibilities include mentoring and supporting staff to meet national quality standards, utilizing marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy, and maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for children.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification, strong experience as a Centre Manager, a current Working with Children's Check, and a proven track record of achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
