Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solution Architect to join our team. As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will be responsible for driving customer security and AI transformation on the Microsoft Platform.

You will own the technical relationship between customers and Microsoft, helping them leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements.

This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication and technical skills. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, information technology consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.

Responsibilities
  • Develop end-to-end value propositions for Security, spanning the breadth of Microsoft Security offerings.
  • Support customers through the adoption lifecycle, from planning to deployment and optimization.
  • Deliver technical presentations and demos, proposing high-level solutions and working with key Microsoft and Partner resources to drive deployment and customer adoption.
  • Align individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals, accelerating customer outcomes.
  • Run architectural design sessions to build plans for implementing solutions, governing design in line with customer business goals and technical environments.
  • Collaborate and orchestrate with other Cloud Solution Architects and MS stakeholders to develop complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions with the Microsoft Security platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
