Job Title: Enterprise Integration Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to design, develop and deliver enterprise integration solutions connecting multiple systems. This role will be central to building scalable, secure and maintainable integration components using cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement integration solutions using API Management, Service Bus and LogicApps.
  • Build and maintain file-based and API-based integrations between multiple systems.
  • Apply integration design principles ensuring solutions are loosely coupled, scalable, maintainable and aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Implement robust error handling with retry mechanisms, dead-letter queues and circuit breakers.
  • Configure and maintain centralized logging and monitoring using Azure Monitor and related tools.
  • Apply security best practices including OAuth, API keys, encryption and secure key management via Azure Key Vault.
  • Ensure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support functional, non-functional, load and performance testing using tools such as Postman.
  • Collaborate with technical and testing teams to validate integration flows, ensure test coverage and resolve issues.
  • Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure integration alignment and smooth delivery.
  • Document integration components with a focus on reusability, version control and knowledge sharing.
About You:
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in API Management, Service Bus and LogicApps, and integration patterns (pub/sub, request-reply).
  • Strong understanding of data formats such as JSON, XML and REST APIs.
  • Experience integrating multiple systems is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and microservices architecture is advantageous.
  • Strong diagnostic skills in resolving integration challenges across multiple systems.
  • Experience designing and executing integration test cases to ensure data reliability and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced project environments and adapt to changing priorities.
