Job Title: Senior Waterproofing/Remedial Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced waterproofing and remedial specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Remedial and Facades group, you will provide technical expertise in waterproofing and building envelope systems, support litigation efforts through expert witness evidence, and conduct investigations of existing failing waterproofing and roofing.

This is a newly created opportunity that will provide you with the chance to apply your experience across a varied portfolio of projects. You will be supported by leading professionals in the industry to develop and progress your career.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical expertise in waterproofing, and building envelope systems (weatherproofing) for design and oversight of technical work
  • Supporting litigation efforts through expert witness evidence and reporting
  • Conducting investigations of existing failing waterproofing and roofing
  • Providing critical evaluation of building envelope performance
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years post graduate experience in a related field
  • A technical degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or a closely related discipline
  • Expertise in waterproofing and building envelope systems, including knowledge of relevant standards and codes
  • Experience in repair and re-construction, design and project management of residential, commercial and government buildings
