Senior Engineering Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical staff across remedial and cathodic protection design projects

  • Business Development: Drive business growth and build strong client relationships within the Victorian market
  • Technical Oversight: Provide technical and commercial oversight of projects
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with national teams and support internal initiatives as required
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, with exposure to remedial works and cathodic protection preferred
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong engineering design and project management skills
