Groups Booking Coordinator

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Reservations team as a Groups Booking Coordinator.
In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for group bookings, ensuring seamless execution from initial enquiry to departure.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage group room blocks, coordinating with internal teams to meet guest needs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, including rooming lists, billing details, and special requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Events, and Front Office teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor key performance indicators, such as pick-up rates and contract requirements.
- 1-2 years' experience in hotel reservations or sales support, preferably with group reservations experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Impeccable attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
