Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, forecast, and drive the strategic direction, performance, and sustainability of the superannuation function.
  • Enable the delivery of a scalable, efficient, collaborative, and effective customer-centric operating model.
  • Demonstrate new business thinking within the Super Industry, developing strategies, value propositions, and proof points to solidify leads.

You will engage with industry partners to build our reputation and develop strategies for future growth, including canvassing and leveraging existing business opportunities.

About You
  • At least 10+ years' experience in the superannuation sector, focusing on member services and/or claims functions.
  • Subject matter expertise in superannuation, death, and TPD claims, including fund deed interpretation, trustee requirements, and claims processing frameworks.
  • Well-established relationships across trustees, administrators, regulators, and superannuation peak bodies.
